Almost one year old
I was wondering if my almost one year old knows and understands the word “no” or understands what I’m trying to say when I tell her why she can’t do something? She is constantly doing the same stuff over and over and over again everyday. She pulls my hair and bites and gets into the same stuff I say no to. HELP
