Living longer, a little less happily? Or no?
So this was a bit of a debate in our house recently.
If someone told you that you would live 10 years longer (and as capable independent person) if you stopped eating the all the foods in whatever your one favorite food category is (eg. sweets, salads, soups, Italian, Mexican, seafood, noodles, breakfast, etc.) would you choose to give up that whole category of food?
(Obviously, hypothetical but was presented as an analogy for why people don't give up unhealthy habits that they know will shorten their life or impact quality of life).
