3 failed IVF transfers

I’m at a complete lost. My husband and I have been trying for a baby for over 4.5 years. We did an egg retrieval last Jan 2021. Did 2 transfers that were unsuccessful. Then just did a 3rd transfer this month and just found out that was unsuccessful. We have MFI less than 1mil sperm.

We have no idea our next steps. Do we do another retrieval and PGT test our embryos?

Do we try naturally?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated ❤️
