Implantation Bleeding?

Just a quick question! I am two days late for AF and I had this brown discharge yesterday, could it be implantation? I’m getting very negative tests so I’m not sure if my period is just being weird this month or if this could be an early sign. I just figured if I had implantation bleeding/spotting I would get a positive

Given the timeframe, this is your period attempting to start. Implantation happens on a microscopic level..on the contrary to popular belief, and the fact that it’s mentioned so loosely and so commonly here, it’s highly improbable for the process to cause any outward or physical symptoms. It’s common to experience a little spotting prior to the onset of your flow.

If your late it isn’t implantation bleeding it’s most likely your period trying to start sorry! Implantation bleeding is rare and extremely hyped up on here

Actually, 1 in 3 women get implantation bleeding AND it can occur around the days you are expecting your period. So I would wait a few days and test again if you do not start your period soon. 
Yes it is thrown around a lot in the app, but I’m an RN in a GYN office and implantation bleeding is common in some women. Don’t give up hope, sending baby dust!!
