Has anyone ever experienced this or know what could possibly be going on?

I started bleeding 01/31 & have been bleeding since as shown in TMI photo with tissue paper.

I took a digital pregnancy test (Kroger Brand) Wednesday 10:37AM, 02/02 & the result was positive.

I have still been bleeding since then as shown in TMI photo with pad so, I decided to take another digital pregnancy test (Clear Blue) Friday 9:32PM, 02/04 & the result was negative.

Has anyone ever experienced this or know what could possibly be going on?

My period tracker is showing my period is due in 6 days & my last period was 01/12.
