Could I be having the baby today or tomorrow?

I’m currently 38 weeks exactly today.

I have been 3cm for over a week now.

I had a membrane sweep Feb. 4th as of today I woke up to go to the rr and my mucus plug fell out onto the floor. Literally. I picked it up and put it on a toilet paper. This happened w/my last pregnancy and I went into labor later that night. Could I be having this baby soon ? Especially since I’m 3cm & 80% effaced from my last appointment.

I know mucus plug can be regenerated come back and doesn’t mean this instant but is it possible.
