Edit: For those asking why I'm still here in the marriage, this was a first incident and way out of character for him. He asked me to trim his hair just now and I said no because you called me that, and he said, "and?.." now he's making me feel like I'm overreacting but if this slides how much worse will it get? I don't think I am overreacting at all.

I brought up the fact that he was pretty hateful to my older kids (first marriage) about their chores earlier and he got mad and called me that. I just cried while cooking dinner. I feel like if you can call someone names like that then you don't respect them at all.
