Neck Rash

My little one started getting a rash in her neck folds. I try to wash with warm water and mild soap twice a day. We try to keep it dry and put aquaphor or aveeno baby eczema lotion on multiple times a day to help try to keep her from scratching it. It seems to just be getting worse and I’m at a loss of what to do. Any recommendations or tips would be appreciated. Her 6 month appointment is this next week if we need to possibly ask for a prescription of some kind (antifungal/ cortisone/ etc)
