13 month and still biting.

My little girl has ALWAYS bit and I thought it was a phase but it’s only gotten worse with time. I’ve told her no, gave her something else to bite, told her no and shook my head and put her down while she’s throwing a fit. No matter what I do even after I get on to her or explain why we don’t bite she will just go back to trying to bit. She does it so randomly so I never know when she is going to do it. She will have her mouth open and sometimes I push her head away and explain why we don’t bite but she just smiles or gets upset and just goes right back to doing it like I never said anything. She has so many teeth and she doesn’t let go when she bites either… She has made my husband and I bleed on multiple occasions. I have bruises all over my body. HELP PLEASE😭
