How do you stay sane?

Words of advice from a frustrated SAHM feeling unappreciated (w/ 20mo and 3mo old) and a little discouraged with the decision to be a SAHM...

Maybe this will help... 
The reason my husband and I chose me being a stay at home mom is because: my dad worked 80+ hrs a week my whole childhood so that my mom could stay home with my siblings and I and home school us. 
 While on the other hand my husband grew up in daycare and school and before and after school programs and sports... basically his mom made sure she rarely ever had to take care of him. They were well off but she chose to work a lot so she wouldn't have to be home with him. And that still effects their relationship. 
Also I nannied for 12 years before becoming a mom. So all I saw at work was the kids missing mom and dad wishing they were home with them.

You can do it. Just take it one moment at a time.

One day at a time and try to start each day fresh. I have a 2.5yo and a 9mo so i get it! Try to find a mom friend that you can vent to and when all else fails get out of the house. Even if its to just walk the grocery store
