Is this normal? Everyday I always notice on my nipples what appears to be whiteheads. So today after my shower I sat here and squeezed each one and this is what came out. Is it normal to have white heads or whatever this is come out of my nipples?

Definitely see your doctor/dermatologist about that. I will say that we do have glands on the outer rim of our areolas (they're little bumps that are usually lighter than the areola skin around them) and they do produce a film to help protect our nipples, specifically when breastfeeding BUT in some people they can be overactive or get clogged. Hopefully that's what's going on BUT NO MATTER WHAT see your doctor for definitive answers and a treatment plan

Same experience! I also see dry white skins on my nipples every after I take a bath but until now, I still do not know what those are.
