Stormy day... ADHD toddler... ideas to keep him busy?

It’s going to be storming all day. My son is 3.5 and has extremely hyperactive ADHD and autism. I normally keep him outside all morning so he takes a nap in the afternoon and I can have an hour of peace. Can’t happen today. Any ideas of how to get his energy out inside? Thank you.

Have you got a slide that can go indoors or something/somewhere to do an indoor kind of assault course?! Or get him running up & down the stairs if you have them! Mine enjoyed bouncing a ball down the stairs then he'd run down to get it & do it all over again...lots of times until he was dripping with sweat lol. Otherwise he jumps off the sofas into the ball pit!

You could play hide and seek with him in the house. 
Throw some pillows or cushions on the floor and he can play on them 
If you have a balloon he could bounce it in the air
Play catch inside
Play music and dance
