What I’ve realized about weight loss...
It’s not always reflected on the scale if you’re exercising, especially strength training!
My measurements on March 3rd:
Waist- 34.4 inches
Thigh- 24 inches
My measurements today March 11th:
Waist- 33.5 inches
Thigh- 22.5 inches
And not a single “pound” lost on the scale!
