Would you keep going in world-winds and with family members?

All my life the dynamic between my mother and two sisters has been damaging.

When my mom gets mad she talks about me to my sisters so we don’t be close. And when it seems like me and my two sisters are becoming close age finds away to break it up.

She wants no one to be close to me. She singles me all by myself.

She lies and tell my other sister I’m jealous of her and have my sister mad with me for no reason.

When I finally say let’s just end it all. I want no relationship with y’all if it’s going to be toxic. They all act confused, saying I’ve done nothing to you , I’m crazy etc. even move I make to eliminate stress and live in peace is wrong. Everything I do is wrong.

What would you do.

I can keep going in cycles until I die or just stop trying.

I’ve tried and tried to fix whatever underlying issue their maybe in this family but it doesn’t end. One of my sisters almost caused me to have a stroke. Blood pressure rising.
