Husband asked for divorce

My husband and I have been married for almost a year . We just had our second baby a few months ago and out of nowhere he asked for a divorce. I’m so beat down and depressed over this . It came out of nowhere . Idk what to do. Im trying to be strong for my kids but how can you ? Building a future and it being thrown away like nothing. Trusting someone and that trust being broken. Anyone have any uplifting advice because I’m in a funk .
