Struggling if I should go to the hospital

I’m having a weird taste in my mouth headache and also cramp on my left side and some lower and fatigue my period went off march 4 it last for 5 days my next period says 10 days I don’t know if it can be ovulation but it said I was supposed to ovulate on the app on the 15 I have no energy and my gynecologist isn’t open until next week I’m trying to figure if I should go to the emergency room to see what’s up I don’t know if it can be pms ovulation it can’t be pregnancy because My period just went off 12 days ago and I’ve been feeling like this right after my period went off
