Who knows about Moissanite rings?

My man has been telling me to pick out a ring I like so he can pop the big question 🤩🤩
Buuuut ive been looking at a lot and I have really fallen for the moissanite instead of the diamond.

This is the exact ring I told him I wanted, he said in order to get it he’d have to save money for a while because we are also in the middle of buying property and saving money to build our house... which is fine but I’m so ready to be engaged and marry this man 😍😍
But the more I look in other places and websites I find the same exact ring, that says it’s moissanite, for 100-300 dollars. And I didn’t know if they were fake or not, or if I should trust them.
Can anyone tell me where you’d buy it from?? I’m obviously willing to wait, but if we can find the same thing for less money I think that would be ideal 😅.

I made it clear to my now-husband that I didn’t want an expensive diamond because I knew I’d damage it. He got me a white sapphire that no one can really tell isn’t a diamond. 
Etsy has amazing selections of all gemstones, moissanite included, for much cheaper than this one.

We got my ring from moissanite Co and I love it soooo much. I'd definitely check them out. They're a legit company, with high quality moissanite rings. I prefer it over a diamond and honestly get so many compliments on it.

Moissanite is gorgeous. Diamonds are so expensive because their price is artificially inflated. We ended up going with Sapphire because I love coloured stones, but if he had wanted to do a clear stone, we would have picked moissanite. I think most moissanite is lab grown which adds to its affordability. I cringe when I think of the environmental degredation that occurs with a lot of gem mining so man-made options are very appealing to me.

seriously go on IG and search Lauren B jewelry. They have them and omg!!! Absolutely beautiful. I love their stuff and he got my ring from them.

This is mine! It’s from moissanite co. It’s 4.3 carat weight on a 4.75 size finger. I follow east west on IG and they make some absolutely beautiful rings!!  My husband and I just could not justify the price for a diamond. It wasn’t worth it to us. Moissanite is the best of both worlds. Beautiful and affordable!

You can get mossanite way cheaper than that one. And it’s just as sparkly as a diamond. No one would know besides a jeweler. Save the money for your future and still get the sparkle. Modern gents is where my fiancé got mine. Sorry the light sucks in here. Doesn’t do it justice.

My ring is moissanite and it's beautiful. I loved that it was a lot cheaper than a real diamond, conflict free, ethical, etc. We picked mine out at Helzburg. It's a 2ct cushion cut and the jeweler said if it was a real diamond is would have retailed for $20k and my husband got it for qroums $2k.

moissanite is gorgeous, in my opinion it catches more light than a diamond. 
So the main reason it’s so much cheaper isn’t because it’s low quality or anything it’s because there is simply SO much more of that stone compared to diamonds. They are slightly less hard than a diamond but still very strong and sturdy!
Lots of jewelry stores carry them now so you could check out different settings and how they look etc I’d assume at your local jeweler. You can check their website or call to see if they have a selection of what you’re looking for. Otherwise just look up a reputable distributor online :)
