Fight about baby’s name

My boyfriend and I want to name our daughter Beatrice. It’s my boyfriends grandmothers name who recently passed last august. When we found out I loved the idea of giving her that name because it would be special. However, my boyfriend and I cannot agree on pronunciation, his grandma pronounced her name be-atrice and I do not like it at all I don’t mind giving my daughter the same name but I want it to be pronounced how the name is normally pronounced. He says I’m being selfish because I don’t want it pronounced like that but I’m already willing to give baby the name Beatrice which would not be my first choice and now we just can’t agree. What do I do should I just cave and never like my daughters name? He Doesn’t seem like he is going to budge

(Be-ahtrice) vs (be-uhtrice) 2nd one is the normal version everyone knows or if you type it into google it’s how it would be pronounced. My boyfriends wants that emphasis on the A so it makes the “ahh”
