Need help

My blood was drawn last week on Wednesday and my hcg was at 25 so I found out I was pregnant. Had my blood redrawn on Friday and just found out today my levels dropped to 15. Has anyone had them rise again after they drop? I have had 3 miscarriages and 3 D&Cs and do not want to have another one. Please pray for us and let me know if anyone has any hope or has had this happen. Waiting to hear from my Dr on what we will do but she is in surgery right now for another hour.
