Please help I’m so overwhelmed

My last period was March 13th-17th.

My fiancé and I had unprotected sex but he did pull out this was on the 18th.

Fast forward to the evening of Sunday March 27th to Monday March 28th i slept horrible kept waking up. My fiancé was cooking corned beef in the crockpot and when I woke up and opened the bedroom door I nearly gagged and I got so nauseous.

Now Tuesday night (29th) my fiancé and I agree I should take a test as I haven’t been feeling good and came back to a faint line, so I tested again (30th) with the first response test and it also gave a very faint line. Could I be around 2 weeks pregnant? Is it to early to tell? I could really use some advice. Thank you so much 🥺

I’ve always had irregular periods and was on birth control for 2 years I stopped taking my BC in November of 2021 this is my 2 most recent periods since then. (Red dots)

My fiancé and I have had sex between the February 26th 2022 and March 18th 2022.

I got a ultrasound today March 30th and they couldn’t see anything but the technician thought I might be pregnant as well based off the faint lines.
