PREGNANCY BLEEDING

Has anyone ever experienced bleeding while pregnant (I have a yeast infection also). I’ve been cramping since I found out I was pregnant( cramping was my first pregnancy symptom) but a little while ago I was cramping pretty bad so I went to the bathroom and when I wiped it was kinda pinkish so I wiped again and it was a little darker! Should I be worried and go to the er? I’ve been trying to get in to see a doctor about the yeast infection but everyone is booked until a couple weeks into April!! TIA!!❤️
