Interview - physical disability

S

Hi all! My name is Savannah and I'm a second year graduate student at Antioch University in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy program. I am asking for an interview with someone who has a physical disability as part of my cultural immersion and advocacy goals for this semester, my school has a very forward social justice mission. I would love the perspective of someone who is in this population. I'll have questions such as, "how does being a person with a disability effect your social life? Housing? Career?".

I know it is no one else's responsibility to keep me informed and culturally competent, but I am asking with good intention to hear your perspective, and gain insight into what your life is like with a physical disability.

I would prefer a zoom meeting, I'm a real life person who would also love to speak to a real life person! But phone calls also work, and either way would be appreciated.

Please add me on here and shoot me a message, or leave a comment so we can connect!

I understand this is personal, but if you want to be heard or have something to share, I would love to be the person that gets to hear your voice :)

Thanks so much
