“Using pregnancy as an April fools joke is insensitive to those who have had a loss or struggle with infertility”… Thoughts?
I don’t like the idea of using a pregnancy as an April fools joke because I don’t agree with “jokes/pranks” that use serious life events to (in my opinion) manipulate someone for their reaction only to say “just kidding”.
But I keep seeing people post statistics of infertility or losses to say “it’s not a joke”. Ive gone through both and Im not understanding the connection between their “joke” and other women’s fertility struggles? Maybe someone who agree can explain their POV?
