I need advice

Help me please 😔Both premom and what to expect say I’m 3 weeks 3 days

I tested this morning and every single test was negative. It really made me sad as I’m really confused on how everything works. These are the tests from the last few days and they all have faint lines. I checked my cervix today and this is the cm that I saw it’s been really watery and heavy the last few days can someone please explain what’s happening?
