Help! Bleeding after sex😭

Hey sisters I need some help. My boyfriend and I had penetrative sex just yesterday and I have to say it was quite rough and I was getting a bit dry at the end 😅 I woke up this morning to pee and I noticed I was bleeding. I’m guessing I’m bleeding from all the rough friction.

So the question is, is there anyway to treat my bleeding like is there anything have to do or take, or do I let it heal by itself?

(Don’t worry I’ve learnt my lesson. Will use lube and bit more foreplay next time 🤣🤣)
