Preterm labor stories 🤔

Anyone have stories or going through similar? I have pretty much every symptom (period cramps, nausea, mild contractions, bloody cm, no appetite, losing weight, diarrhea, increased heart rate, emotional, exhausted) but my contractions aren’t consistent enough so they won’t do anything about it. Been to l&d twice now and checkup at my dr. My cervix didn’t change from a 2 & 50% effaced. Each nurse said something different and I’m growing frustrated. Basically they will do nothing unless I dilate more but I’m already losing some bloody mucus the last two days. They said cramps are most likely me feeling the thinning out. I just feel so yucky. Bad cramps and tightness. I feel like this girl is ready to fall out there’s so much pressure. I asked them how will I know when to really come in, because I had awful shakes and cramps feeling like I’m gonna pass out a few nights ago and they basically did nothing. They said just keep coming back. They won’t let me take any meds to stop things unless I’m contracting consistently. I’m terrified of having her early, only 29w3d. 🥴
