33 Weeks Severe Swelling?

Would this be considered severe swelling? I sit at my desk all day for work & when I wake up my feet & ankles are mildly swollen but as the day progresses it gets worse. It hurts to walk & bend my feet. I drink about a gallon of water a day. I have gained 45lbs this pregnancy, since 32 weeks I gained 7lbs & my last pregnancy I had to be induced at 38 weeks due to preeclampsia. My face is swollen & fat too. Most days it’s hard to use my hands the way I normally would, they just won’t work. Also this picture was taken halfway through the day. This isn’t even after a whole day.
