Low blood pressure remedies

Anyone have anything that helps with low blood pressure? I'm 7 weeks along now and have been getting low blood pressure symptoms but it's gotten really bad yesterday and today, I've almost fainted twice. I've struggled with low blood pressure in first trimester and third trimester before with both my previous pregnancies but never this bad. I've tried adding electrolytes to my water and extra salt to my food and have been getting up slow, that usually works but not the this. I've ordered some compression socks online as I've read that can help. But is there anything I'm missing?
