Does getting a positive OPK mean you ovulate?

Usually get a positive opk between days 12 and 14 but never had a BFP..

A positive OPK only indicates a surge in LH, it doesn’t confirm ovulation, unfortunately. 3 years is a long time in the TTC world. Have you and your partner had any fertility testing done?

Opks just detect a surge in LH. Although ovulation “should” occur after a positive opk, having a surge does not guarantee ovulation will occur. Do you temp? Temping along with opks will confirm ovulation truly occurred, and also let you know your luteal phase length and when period would be expected.
