Provera , femara , gonal f rff pen

Hey ladies I really need help , I used provera to start a period then took femara 5-9 cd then on cycle day 10 started gonal f pen … went in for ultrasound got 4 mature eggs and my doctor won’t let me use trigger shot for they might all release . He said I would ovulate on my own but I have pcos and my body doesn’t do anything naturally he didn’t listen and now I’m afraid my body didn’t release them ! Anybody ovulate on their own after gonal f ? Or any similar cases ?
