Lack of intercourse

So in short: I am not as sexually active as my partner. This has been a continuous issue and he tends to bring it up every so often that it makes me feel guilty. Everything else is going great. Should I go ahead and just end the relationship? Is it my fault? I don't know what else to do. I've had no desire for sex and I can see that it bothers him. He's going to be 34 this year and I don't want to hold him back.

Edit: we've been together for 4 years. No kids. Not married. I'm not sure if there is something going on with me medically, or if it's stress, depression etc. I have also been on medications for anxiety and depression for a year now.

Also: we just moved in together back in January.
