Suicidal adult sibling

How does one deal with a suicidal, depressed sibling? My brother is 26 and extremely depressed. I check in on him every night because I’m always afraid I won’t get an answer. 😥😥

I’m so scared to lose my brother to depression. I sometimes wonder if I can 302 him. My cousin told me that he would have to attempt suicide or do something out of pocket.

He definitely suffers from imposter syndrome. Idk what to do. I’m bipolar myself and have meds for it. I beg him to seek help and he finally did but they gave him an appt for 2 months out. Like how could someone in that frame of mind wait so long?

Today he texted me and said he feels like he’s losing his mind. His drywall has so many holes from him punching the wall. He says he hates himself so much and hates life but recognizes that he has a relatively good life. He has a lot of friends but always feels lonely 😔

Any advice?
