Redownloading snap after cheating?

How would you feel, what would you do if you had found out your fiancé had been cheating on you on Snapchat - he says you’re more important and wants to gain trust back etc so he deletes it..

All to turn right back around and recreate a new one and add you on the new one? I’m trying to keep my family together & work through things. Which goes against everything I normally believe in on cheating. I’m lost & heartbroken that he’d even reopen that door again.
