My 1 y/o has a cavity ðŸ˜
And I’m freaking out, yes I know first things first getting her in to see a dentist. But honestly finding a pediatric dentist is extremely hard. I’m looking them up, looking at the reviews because only the best right? Especially since she’s only 1. Literally all these dentists have someone saying they did unnecessary dental procedures and to get a second opinion. Which is honestly making it even worse. Now I don’t even know who to go to when all these reviews have something negative to say.
And then I’m just worried about the judgment I’m going to get. I really and truly tru to brush her teeth 2x a day. But at this point she’s still waking up in the middle of the night for boob 🙄 hence the cavity.
And then there’s the whole what are they going to do? Are they going to sedate her? Because that’s scary af too. And getting a second opinion is going to be pretty crazy. I’m pretty sure she’s going to be going bonkers the whole time with both appointments.
She flipped out when the pediatrician put a stethoscope on her.
So yeah, that’s the end of my rant of anxiety, if anyone has any similar experiences or reassurances that would be great to hear.
