Toddler fever??

My toddler has an ear & viral infection, she’s had a fever of 101.

I’ve been giving her the antibiotic for her ear infection as well as Tylenol around the clock (with doctor approval) I’ve given her a bath almost every day to help her fever…. I just don’t know what else to do. Her fever started Sunday I took her in on Monday.

We were gonna go away this weekend but I’m wondering if we should cancel. We would be leaving tomorrow until Sunday.

Advice/ suggestions??
