Am i wrong to feel this way?

Ok so in my opinion I feel like my bf probably loves attention when it comes down to women, the other day a mutual friend of mine had a little get together at one of her businesses. And I seen my bf talk to a girl mind you I have no idea what they’re talking about, prior in the day we had an argument so I’m looking at him talk to her so I got up and walk passed and said hey bae I need you help with something even tho I didn’t I guess I wanted her to know he had a girlfriend because I seen her rub on him and he didn’t do nothing about it I asked him what they were talking about he said “ oh I complimented her on her shoes and we were talking and she asked if you were my gf and I said yes” I’m insecure in some ways only because he does thing to make me feel that way. In that situation would I be wrong and not justified in my feelings?
