insecure help!

i am very insecure that my boyfriend is going to cheat on me or doesnt find me pretty enough. he reassures me and yes ive done some digging of my own with absolutely nothing. my friends have told me this is normal but i cant shake this feeling. has anyone else had this and how did you overcome it? we have been together for 7 months and i dont want my insecurities to put a damper on our relationship. he reassures me every single time. i have major trust issues because of my past. please help!
