Ovarian cyst rupture-help!

Hey everyone!

So the other night I’m 99% sure I had an ovarian cyst rupture. Aweful pain for about 25mins and then it faded without any meds just a heating pad. I have a history of cysts but not bursting- only once years ago. However, this time I woke up this morning and noticed bleeding- slightly more than a spotting bleeding. I got concerned and called my dr who stated that’s normal and I have a Ultrasound appt Wednesday. The bleeding hasn’t gotten worse but I am nervous about internally bleeding which I why I was hoping to be seen today. It’s been 24hrs and I’m still having a dull ache too. I’m a nervous wreck any helpful info I’d appreciated! TIA!

ETA: today I’m bleeding more like an actual period
