sahm husband wants me to get a job

I need some opinions 😅 me and my husband have 3 kids, I was a bartender before the pandemic and haven’t gone back since March 2020, I was pregnant when they asked me to take my job back. My husband wants me to work but we have absolutely no family or anyone to watch the kids and we can’t afford daycare. That’s why I worked nights bartending and he worked during the day. But now with 3 kids and middle of the nights feedings, when will I sleep if I go back to working nights? I do 95% of the house work and taking care of the kids. We aren’t struggling horribly financially but we aren’t doing good either lol

My husband also doesn’t work a “normal” 9-5 job. He actually doesn’t even have a job right now. He does construction work here and there and buys/fixes up cars to sell. So do I stress myself out even more by getting a job and taking care of 3 kids, a house, a husband and 14 chickens by myself?
