Toddler hit her head

My 2 year old was throwing a tantrum outside and when I went to pick her up she threw herself back, I was able to kinda catch her but not soon enough, she hit her head on the concrete but I’d say it was maybe from less than a foot off the ground. The sound it made was terrible tho, a nasty thunk like the sound of dropping a coconut on the cement. She was freaking out so bad from her tantrum that she didn’t really notice her “ouch” there’s no bump and she seemed fine but I still can’t help but worry. I hate when little ones bonk their head. Especially when it’s on the concrete 😖🤕
