Would you ask your sons father to go to his baseball game?

We have been divorced for 7 years and my son has been is sports for 6 of those years. Out of those years I would say his dad and step mom have been to 5 games. Over the last year, they haven’t went to any of them. I always send them the schedule for it and my son has asked for him to come to a basketball game and his dad says he’s busy. If he has a game the weekends that he’s there, I have to go get him and bring him back so he can play but they always go to their other 2 kids stuff and never miss it 🙄 like two weeks ago my son (9) said that he would like them and his brothers to go to a game but know that they wouldn’t even if it’s basketball or baseball. They just don’t go. Should I message and tell him how my son feels? My son doesn’t even want to talk to them about it now because he knows they aren’t going to go
