Just HOW stupid can my MIL be?!

You guys I am flabbergasted! I’m at my daughters great grandmas house(MIL lives there too but wasn’t present and she watches her 2 year old granddaughter) I was also with my SO’s cousin and her two boys. As we’re talking in the living room one of the boys had been playing with the granddaughters play kitchen/washer and dryer and next thing you know he runs into the living room holding a tide pod and his mouth is open! His mom runs to him and grabs the pod, which is empty, smells his mouth and he forsure ate the pod. I texted my MIL to ask if she gave her granddaughter a tide pod and she says “yes” like WHAT?! Who in the right mind gives a 2 year old a tide pod?!? Yet she constantly asks to watch my daughter and she’s a nurse…hell no.
