Nexplanon Pregnancy Scare

So my bf & i had sex 3 weeks ago & he came in me…

I am on the nexplanon & have had this one in for 1 year now, but i’m freaking out.

I also took antibiotics a week after …

BUT my nipples are sensitive, my uterus hurts, i’m nauseous, & having a clear discharge. Idk when my period is so idk if it’s PMS symptoms because I haven’t had a period on nexplanon for 965 days since this is my third one.

I’ve taken multiple tests & all of them come back negative.

Someone tell me i’m just overreacting.
