Pain in left breast help!

I need some help! For about 3-4 days now I've had really sharp pains at the bottom of my left breast (picture below shows), it sometimes feels like it shoots up closser to my shoulder. It last for several minutes and during that time I have difficulty taking breaths or moving that arm. It happens several times a day throughout the day. I don't really have the funds for an unnecessary doctors trip and just wondering if anyone has any ideas on what it could be?
