Cluster f*ck

I know this is going to sound bad but if I’m currently pregnant and according to my period I ovulated on the 18th, but the ultrasound is dating I ovulated on the 23rd… I had sex when man A on the 17th using the pull out method and man B on the 22nd and 23rd and he didn’t pull out either times so wouldn’t you think man B would be the father? I also just had a baby 10 months ago with man B and have just been on and off. My period came back in September, I took a plan b that made my period come a week after I had just had one in January… so my period was never really regulated which makes me think I ovulated late in march, when I got pregnant… IDK I just need another opinion
