What’s next?

My gynecologist suspected I had an STD since I have yellow discharge with pelvic pain. No smell, no itching. She suggested that I get tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trich. She tested me and all came back negative and I got tested for all 3 twice two weeks apart. Also haven’t had sex since March. Could this be PID? Just thinking about what it could be as I wait for her phone call.
