What would you do?

I went to ER about two night ago because it literally felt like I was gonna face plant on the floor every time I more, couldn’t keep anything down (not even water) and because my leg was swollen and in pain. After 7 hours the nurse comes back and tells me that all the symptoms I am experiencing is from a bacteria infection in my blood cause by A UTI. I found this interesting because on the 19, I was in urgent care being monitored because of my sugar test they took my urine and didn’t say anything about an infection and on the 9 I had a prenatal check up they also took a urine sample and didn’t say anything about it either so now I am hella confused could I have gotten a uti in the space of 2 days that quickly spread into my blood or did someone miss something
