3 year old so hungry

My daughter just got over the Flu A. They gave her antibiotics and a steroid. She has been non stop asking for food or drink. She has finished her steroid as I know they do cause hunger but she is stuffed. Like so full her little belly is swollen. I didn't realize her belly was like that until getting her PJs on and noticed and it scared me. Like it is sooooo big. Will she be alright. This mama is a nervous wreck. She doesn't seem to be in pain but I am truly worried. TIA
