I’m seriously lost at what to do about my neighbor

I posted about him before… he seems to have very bad anger issues, he beats the crap out of his cars and cusses out loud like he really doesn’t give a sh… who might be watching, it’s almost like a ritual for him every morning he’d punch his car and go, he’s always angry, he has a wife 2 toddlers and a baby, ugh I hate seeing him acting like this around them cause if he does that where everyone can see I wonder what goes behind doors…? So his car broke down and threw one of his biggest fits last week (when I posted first) and he’s been working in fixing it since then (he’s parked outside my window) well today he was having another episode he started like almost fighting with himself he seems so unstable, he started throwing his tools he even knocked the from part of his car… I took a video to show my parents cause they think I overreact about it… and he clearly says “I’m gonna kill the mother f… that calls the law on me, I’m gonna give them a reason to talk about me….” I honestly don’t want to have to call the police but he’s too much is now 1:29 am and he’s going crazy out there, not as it was earlier but slamming his car doors and punching it multiple times from inside like right outside my window? My husband works nights so it’s only me and my kids… I seriously don’t know what to do anymore I hate being that person
