How do you pick a maid of honor without making others feel jealous?

This is something I am SO confused by but I have a few important people in my life and I don’t want it to seem like I’m picking a favorite and I’ve thought about not even doing maid of honor/bridesmaids but it’s something I truly want and vision for my wedding.

You pick the person who would be the most helpful, help you with organizing things, who can control a little bit the situation with the other women, somebody who is good at organizational skills and all the little things, has nothing to do with a Favorites, someone who can keep you calm, whoever you’re closest with. It’s your wedding, it’s your day, it’s your choice, if somebody is salty about it, then don’t even bother with them. Weddings are full of drama you don’t need additional

Don’t have one if your don’t want to upset people have all bridesmaid but just give one more responsible that you know you can reply on that way no one had a title

I’d try maybe one of your siblings or maybe a sister in law (if you’re close). I chose my brother to be my man of honor because I couldn’t decide between my 2 friends (and I wasn’t gonna choose the other 2 😂).
